摘　　要：设计了基于PROFIBUS的塑料挤出生产线控制系统,实现了对装置和过程的多回路、多变量集中监控。生产过程的控制与管理一体化,节省了硬件投资,增强了现场级信息集成能力,有效地提高了系统可靠性和控制精度。A control system of plastic extrusion line on the basis of the PROFIBUS is designed. The system achieves central monitoring of the devices and the processes with the multi - return routes and multi - variables as well as the integration of production process control and management. This system saves the hardware investment, strengthens information integration ability and enhances efficiently the system reliability and the control precision.
