摘　　要：结合相控阵雷达技术特点,就如何有效解决低空目标跟踪测量问题,通过分析多径误差和基带杂波的工作机理,实现复杂背景环境条件下对低空目标的跟踪策略,给出了理论分析与研究成果,可供同仁参考借鉴。The problem of tracking and measuring the low air target with the characteristic of phased array radar technique is figured out, through studying on operation principle of multi-path error and base-band clutter, and how to realize the tracking strategy of low air target on the complex circumstance is described. The theoretical analysis and research achievement for reference of colleagues are provided.
