摘　　要：目的观察更昔洛韦治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法将68例病毒性脑炎患儿随机分为治疗组（45例）和对照组（23例），对两组患儿的临床表现及治疗效果进行观察。结果治疗组头痛、呕吐及抽搐症状和恢复神志的时间明显较对照组缩短，发热症状消退的时间虽有所缩短，但两者比较差异无统计学意义。结论更昔洛韦对小儿病毒性脑炎有明显疗效，值得临床推广。Objective To observe effect of ganciclovir on the treatment of the young child viral encephalitis. Methods 68 eases of viral encephalitis were randomly divided into treatment group（45 cases） and the control group （23 cases）, the two groups of children with clinical manifestations and treatment effects were observed. Results Headache, vomiting, convulsions symptoms and the resumption of the time was obviously shorter in treatment group than that of the control group, fever symptoms persisted despite the shortened time, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Ganciclovir in children with viral encephalitis have significant effect.
