螺旋CT多平面重建对气管支气管异物的诊断价值(附41例分析)

摘　　要：目的:探讨螺旋CT多平面重建对气管支气管异物的诊断价值。方法:分析41例CT多平面重建诊断为气管支气管异物的影像学表现,对比普通X线检查、CT平扫的差异。结果:螺旋CT多平面重建能清晰的显示气管支气管异物的部位,阳性率95.12%,高于普通X线透视、CT平扫。结论:螺旋CT多平面重建对气管支气管异物的诊断具有极大的临床应用价值。Objective： To discuss the diagnostic value of spiral CT with muiti--planar reconstructions in tracheobronchiat foreign body. Method：Analyzed imaging manifestation of spiral CT with multi--planar reconstructions in diagnosing 41 eases of foreign bodies in trachea and bronchi and compared the differences with conventional X-- ray photography and CT plain scan. Result： Spiral CT with multi-- planar reconstructions can clearly detect the position of foreign bodies in trachea and bronchi. The positive rate was 95.12 %, which is higher than conventional X--ray photography and CT plain scan, Conclusion： Spiral CT with multi-planar reconstructions has great application value in the diagnosis of tracheobronehial foreign body.
