摘　　要：网格技术不仅为资源的有效整合和利用带来了根本性的变化,而且还将极大改变人们的研究方式、学习方式、生产方式和生活方式。文章论述了信息网格在城市信息化建设、可持续发展和公共服务中的作用,探讨了广州信息网格建设策略。Grid technologies will not only bring fundamental changes to the effective integration and usage of resources, but also significantly alter the ways in which people research, study, produce and live. This article examines the roles that information grid plays in urban informationization construction, sustainable development and provision of public services. It also discusses the strategies of information grid construction in Guangzhou.
