摘  要:结合快速原型制造技术的原理提出了一种新的陶瓷制件快速成型技术,即层合速凝快速成型技术。该技术特别适用于复杂陶瓷制件的快速制造,具有高效率、高精度、低成本等特点。主要介绍了层合速凝快速成型技术的原理和应用于陶瓷制件的研究现状,比较分析了该技术三种不同工艺的优缺点,并对该技术今后的发展作了展望。An approach for rapid prototyping of ceramics parts was developed by combining rapid prototyping manufacturing, that is laminated coalition and rapid concreting prototyping. This technology is a reasonable method for rapid manufacturing of ceramics parts especially for those with complex dimensions,and it has the characteristics of high efficiency, high accuracy ,low cost and so on.It's primarily introduces the principle of laminated coalition and rapid concreting prototyping and the research status for ceramics parts.Then the advantages and disadvantages of three different crafts of the technology are compared.Finally, the prospect of laminated coalition and rapid concreting prototyping is put forward.
