摘　　要：水溶膜专用包装机由DXI-500型立式多功能全自动包装机改造而成。针对水溶膜不同于传统薄膜的物理特性,采用侧面非热封处拉膜,并研究设计了一种全自动包装机的新型拉膜机构,该拉膜机构结构简单、轻巧、运行平稳,易于调节,拉膜力大、安装控制与运行成本低。It＇s packing machinery of PVA water-soluble film is reformed by DXL-500 vertical multifunctional automatic packing machinery. As the physical characters of PVA water-soluble film are so different from traditonal films, we draw the film on the nonheat seallings of its sides, and design a new pattern framework to draw films of a kind of automatic packing machinery. This new framework ＇s advantages are simple and clear, light and handy, steady in running, easy in adjustment, powerful in drawing films, low in costing of installment, controlling and working.
