温胆汤加味治疗梅尼埃病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察理气健脾,清热化痰,和胃降逆类中药治疗梅尼埃病临床疗效。方法:治疗组36例,采用温胆汤加味治疗,设对照组36例,单用西药治疗。结果:治疗组:痊愈率50%,显效率28%,有效率19%,无效率2.8%,总有效率为97.2%。对照组:痊愈率25%,显效率27.7%,有效率33.3%,无效率13.9%,总有效率为86.1%。结论:温胆汤加味治疗梅尼埃病有显著疗效。Objective： To observing curative effect of Meniere＇s disease by the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with effectiveness of regulating qi to invigorate spleen, eliminating phlegm by cooling, regulating stomach to direct reversed qi. Methods： 36 patients were treated by wendan decoction modified in treatment group, and anther 36 patients in control group by western medicine. Results： Treatment group： cure rate was 50%, markedly effective rate was 28%, effective rate was 19%, invalid rate was 2.8%, the overall effective rate was 97.2%. The control group： cure rate was 25%, markedly effective rate was 27.7%, effective rate was 33.3%, invalid rate was 13.9%, the overall effective rate was 86.1%. Conclusion： Wendan decoction modified has significant effect in treatment of Meniere＇s disease.
