试论中医儿科的多元化辨证护理观

摘　　要：根据中医护理特色,结合小儿生理病理特点,在辨病、辨证、辨症护理的3个护理层面基础上,提出了从宏观与微观、病期、病势、体质、时间节律等不同方位,探究中医儿科的多元化辨证护理理论。认为从全方位拓展中医儿科护理层面,有助于中医儿科护理工作的全面开展和推广,提高儿童保育及儿科临床护理质量。According to nursing characteristics of TCM and childreng traits of physiology and pathology, on the basis of three nursing layers, that was disease differentiation, syndrome differentiation and sign differentiation, the author brought up nursing theory about many - faceted syndrome differentiation in paediatrics of TCM from different aspect, such as macro scope, micro- scope, course, patient~ condition, constitution and time rhythm. It was considered that spreading nursing layers of TCM from all sides should be helpful to develop TCM nursing serve for children, raise the quality of children care and paediatrics nursing in clinic.
