摘　　要：目的:探讨中药经轻胶囊对动情后期高雌小鼠悬尾不动时间即行为绝望抑郁模型的影响。方法:在动情后期皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇,观察对小鼠悬尾不动时间的影响及经轻胶囊的干预作用。结果:外源性的高剂量雌激素可明显增加小鼠的悬尾不动时间,经轻胶囊可对抗雌激素的这种影响。Objective ：To explore the Influence of Jingqing Capsule on behavior of mouse model with depression due to high estrogen while late estrus. Non -movement time was observed when mice＇tails were hung. Methods ：Estradiol benzoate was hypodermicaUy injected during late estrus. Then Non - movement time when mice tails were hung and the inference function of Jingq, ing Capsule were observed. Results ：Estrogenle high - dosage estrogen could markedly increase the non - movement time of mouse and Jingqing Capsule could converse this effect of estrogen.
