摘　　要：介绍电子开关控制单离子束的工作原理和技术参数。分析和设计了触发器方式获取窄脉冲信号电路和F-V转换电路,信号采取分频段显示方式。对电路进行仿真,给出电路试验结果及结论。The principles and the technical parameters of the electron switch that can turn on/off the single-ion beam rapidly is introduced, The detecting circuit of the ultra-narrow pulse signal is introduced too. Including the narrow pulse is picked up with the flip-flop, The width of the pulse signals is widened ,F-V converter and the analog signals were displayed in 5 frequency band. The experimental results and conclusion of the design are presented.
