摘　　要：南水北调中线工程为跨流域调水工程,天津干线是其重要的组成部分。天津干线总长155.3 km,为全箱涵无压接有压全自流输水型式。西黑山进口闸枢纽是天津干线渠首的进水闸,也是天津干线惟一一座具有调节流量功能的节制闸。介绍了初步设计阶段的西黑山进口闸设计。The middle line of South-to-North Water Diversio Project is aninterbrain water diversion project and the line in Tianjin is one of the most important parts.The total length of the line in Tianjin is 155.3 km and it is the completely free-flow box culverts connected with pressure flow and the water diversion mode is free flow.Xiheishan inlet gate control is the inlet gate of control is the inlet gate of canal intake of the line in Tianjin and also it is only controlling gate with the function of regulating discharge.
