摘　　要：当前我国农业生产各种要素的总量已具有相当规模,但缺乏有效的优化整合。积极引导打工经济返乡创业,整合现有资源主要是农村各种资源,创新农业生产组织方式,促进农业适度规模经营,是加快现代农业发展的合理选择。The gross of various Agricultural production factors has been already provided currently with sizeable dimensions in our country, but short of resultful optimizing and conformitying. Leading actively engagement economy to return to their native place to carve out, conformitying existing resources mostly in the country, innovating organizational modes in Agricultural production, promoting agriculture to be delt in by moderate scale,that is reasonable choice to quicken modern agriculture to develop.
