无痛胃镜检查非复合咽喉部粘膜表面麻醉的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨无痛胃镜检查前非复合咽喉部粘膜表面麻醉与复合咽喉部粘膜表面麻醉的效果比较。方法:对200例无痛胃镜检查患者随机分成A组和B组,A组单纯静脉注射丙泊酚,B组检查前复合咽喉部粘膜表面麻醉,含服胃镜润滑胶浆并静脉注射丙泊酚。术前、术后观察并记录两组患者的反馈意见,术中观察并记录两组患者平均动脉压(MAP)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SPO2)、心率(HR),术中丙泊酚总用量、镜检时间、苏醒时间。结果:A组患者术前、术后的不良反应明显少于B组,A组获得较高满意反馈率(P<0.05),术中两组患者的生命体征变化及丙泊酚的用量、镜检时间、苏醒时间无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:无痛胃镜检查非复合咽喉部粘膜表面麻醉在胃镜检查中使用安全、简便、经济、有效,副作用少,患者满意度高。Objective：To investigate the comparison of different effects between Non-compound throat mucous membrane surface anaesthesia and Compound throat mucous membrane surface anaesthesia in Non- pain gastroscopy. Methods： 200 patients who took Non-pain gastroscopy were randomly divided into Group A and Group B. Group A were injected Propofol only. Comparatively, Group B were given Compound throat mucous membrane surface anaesthesia, which consists of taking Gastroscope lubrication glue and intravenous injection of Propofol. Observe and take notes of the feedback from the two groups before and after the operation, observe and register the Mean arterial pressure （MAP）, pulse oximetry（SPO2）, Heart rate（HR）, the total used amount of Propofol and the time of gastroscopy and the awaking time. Result： Group A had obviously less adverse reaction than Group B before or after the operation, Group A had higher satisfactory feedback-rate（P〈0.05）. There were no obvious difference between the two groups in vital sign changes, the total used amount of Propofol and the time of gastroscopy and the awaing time during the process （P〉0.05）. Conchlsion： The non-compound throat mucous membrane surface anaesthesia is safe,easy, economical and effective, with less adverse reaction and higher patients＇ satisfaction in non-pain gastroscopy.
