120例中老年带状疱疹患眷隘床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中老年带状疱疹患者的临床特点。方法选择近3年来门诊中老年带状疱疹患者120例，就其前驱症状、皮疹分布、后遗神经痛及疗效方面进行分析。结果有前驱症状者明显高，出现三叉神经受累、血疱、大疱及后遗神经痛的几率增高。结论中老年人带状疱疹患者要早诊断，早治疗，对无激素禁忌证者，应早期适量使用激素。Objective To study the clinical characteristics of the mid-aged group patients with herpes zoster. Methods The out patients with herpes zoster from the department of dermatology were 120 mid-aged group. Premonitory symptom,cutaneous eruption,sequela neuralgia and curative effect were analyzed. Results The number of the patients with premonitory symptom in the mid-aged group.The probability of the patients with trigeminal nerve involved in,with big blood herpes and with sequela neuralgia in the mid-aged group.Conclusion Herpes zoster in the mid-aged group patients should be diagnosed and treated as soon as earlier.Hormone should be used if the patients have no contraindication.
