摘 要:目的探讨团体心理辅导对改善大学生人际交往困扰和提高心理健康水平的作用,为高校创造性地开展大学生心理健康教育活动提供借鉴。方法针对大学生在人际交往中的问题,设计了大学生人际交往能力训练活动的方式和实施程序,选取长江师范学院大学生40名,采用单因素重复自然设计,在6周内进行6次人际交往团体辅导,团体辅导前后,采用大学生人际关系综合诊断量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对学生进行集体施测。结果被试在辅导后人际困扰显著减轻,后测SCL-90各项因子得分低于前测,人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对方面均有非常显著性变化,焦虑变化显著,心理健康水平有一定提高;在自我评估中,几乎所有成员都反映不同程度地有所收获。结论人际交往团体辅导对改善大学生人际交往困扰和提高大学生心理健康水平有重要意义和作用。Objective To explore the role of groups counseling activities to improve the interpersonal situation and to raise of the mental health of college students, and to provide references for creative mental health education at Local colleges. Methods Design interpersonal skills training activities in a manner and implementing procedures for college students' interpersonal problems. The group was composed of 40 local college students from Yangtze Normal University, a single-factor repeated natural design, in the six weeks within six interpersonal groups counseling. The effect were assessed with college student interpersonal relationships assessment scale and SCL-90. Results After intervention, the interpersonal harassment had reduced significantly, the scores ot SCL-90 had decreased, especially in interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, significant changes in anxiety, a certain level of mental health improved. In the self-assessment, almost all the members gained in varying degrees. Conclusion Interpersonal counseling groups at the local colleges has important significance and role to improve students interpersonal situation and improve the mental health of college students.
