双料喉风方中4味药材提取工艺的考察

摘　　要：目的研究双料喉风方中4味植物药的提取工艺,开发新剂型。方法采用正交设计法,混合醇提,以提取物中盐酸小檗碱含量和干浸膏得率为评价指标;以提取醇浓度、醇用量、提取时间、提取次数为因子进行实验。结果双料喉风方中四味药材合提的最佳工艺条件为:A1B1C2D3,即:加8倍量70%的乙醇,回流提取3次,1 h.次-1。结论所优选工艺稳定可行。Objective To develop new medicament by studying the extraction process for 4 herbs in Shuangliao Houfeng medicament. Methods Orthogonal design was used together with mixed alcohol extraction. Contents of berberine hydrochloride in the extract and the extracting efficiency of dried medicine ointment were used as the appraisal index The concentration and the dosage of alcohol extracts, the time and the degree of extraction were factors for the experiment. Results The optimum process conditions were A1B1 C2 D3 which means 8 times of the dosage of 70% ethanol by loop extraction for 3 times, once every hour. Conclusion The method is parcticable and stable.
