麻口皮子药总黄酮醇提工艺研究

摘　　要：目的用正交试验法优选麻口皮子药总黄酮的提取工艺。方法以总黄酮提取量为评价指标,在确定醇浓度的基础上,选择浸提温度、料液比、浸提时间为考察因素,采用正交试验法L9(34)确定醇提取麻口皮子药中总黄酮的最佳工艺。结果最佳提取工艺条件为20倍量的60%乙醇80℃提取75 min,提取时间为显著影响因素。结论麻口皮子药总黄酮正交提取工艺的研究结果可靠。Objective To study the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in cortex zanthoxyli. Methods The extraction of total flavonoids was choosen as the assessment index. Temperature ratio of solid-liquid and extraction time as the study factors, the optimum ethanol extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design. Results The optimum ethanol extraction conditions were as follows： 20 folds of 60% ethanol, extracting for 75 min, at 80 ℃. the extraction time was the predominant influencing factor. Conclusion This optimum extration process of total flavonoids in cortex zanthoxyli is reliable.
