欧车前亲水胶应用于混合痔术后的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究欧车前亲水胶减轻混合痔术后肛门疼痛及改善肛门直肠功能的有效性。方法60例患者被随机分为欧车前组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),手术采用Milligan-Morgan法,术后欧车前组给予口服欧车前亲水胶(恺司尔),3.5 g,2次.d-1,连用15 d。结果欧车前组术后第1次排便(P<0.001)及10 d时(P=0.006)疼痛评分明显低于对照组,术后15 d时,2组疼痛评分无统计学差异(P=0.283)。欧车前组患者平均住院时间明显少于对照组平均住院时间(P<0.001)。术后15 d时,欧车前组有里急后重感的患者比率明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论欧车前亲水胶可减轻混合痔术后肛门疼痛,改善肛门直肠功能,缩短住院时间。Objective To investigate the usefulness of bulk agent psyllium hydrophilic mucilloid in reducing postoperative pain and improving anorectal function after open hemorrhoidectomy. Methods Sixty patients were randomized into 2 groups of 30 patients each. In both groups Milligan-Morgan open hemorrhoidectomy was performed. The psyllium group received postoperatively 2 sachets of 3.5 g of the bulk agent, psyllium hydrophilic mucilloid, for 15 days. Resuits The pain score after first defecation （P〈0. 001） and after 10 days （P=0.006） was significantly lower in the group treated with psyllium hydrophilic mucilloid. There was no statistically significant difference in the pain level after 15 days （P=0. 283）. The hospital stay was statistically shorter in the group receiving psyllium hydrophilic mueilloid （P〈0. 001）. The incidence of tenesmus was higher in the control group （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion Treating patients with psyllium hydrophilic mucillold after open hemorrhoidectomy reduces pain, improves anorectal function, and shortens postoperative hospital stay.
