摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT对支气管扩张症的诊断价值。方法:对52例临床诊断为支气管扩张症的患者进行高分辨CT、CT3D及最小密度投影检查。结果:多层螺旋CT和CT3D诊断结果与临床诊断符合率为100%。结论:多层螺旋CT对支气管扩张的诊断是很有价值的,而且能指导临床治疗。Objective： To study the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT for bronchietasis. Methods： RHCT, 3D images and minlp were carried out in 52 patients with clinically - proved bronchiectasis. Results： All cases of multislice spiral CT diagnosis accorded with clinically - proved bronchiestasis. Conclusion： Mulfislice spiral CT diagnosis of bronchiectasis has very important value and can provid the guidance for clinical treatment.
