摘　　要：目的:探讨不稳定性骨盆骨折早期综合伤的观察和护理要点。方法:对26例不稳定性骨盆骨折进行整体护理。结果:26例不稳定性骨盆骨折无严重综合伤漏诊,对各种并发症处理及时,有力地配合了相关治疗。结论:对早期不稳定骨盆骨折患者,采取有效护理措施,重视综合伤的观察,可取得满意护理效果。Objective： To investigate the highlights of observation and nursing in initial comprehensive wound in patients with unstable pelvic fractures. Methods：The systematic holistic nursing care were carried out in 26 cases of unstable pelvic fractures and close observation was given to the patients with initial comprehensive wound. Results： There were no omission diagnosis cases with severe comprehensive wound in this group for correlative treatment combined with timely treating on patients with various complications. Conclusion： The treatment outcome would be satisfactory if the systematic holistic nursing care program was carried out accurately pay attention to the synthetic injury in patients with initial unstable pelvic fractures.
