摘　　要：目的探讨埃塞俄比亚先天性异位肾患者的临床特点。方法对3例异位肾患者临床资料进行回顾分析，并复习文献。结果先天性异位肾的临床表现无特异性，极容易引起误诊、误治。结论先天性畀位肾的临床表现不典型，在临床实践中应引起我们的重视，有条件时应做B超、多层螺旋CT等多组合性诊断，避免盲目手术切除，造成严重后果。Objective To investigate the clinical features of congenital ectopic kidney. Methods The clinical manifestation of 3 cases of congenital ectopic kidney was analyzed and the related literature was reviewed. Results The clinical manifestation of congenital ectopic kidney was unfeatured ,and it could be nfisdiagnosed and mistreatment. Conclusion We should recognise congenital ectopic kidney, should do B ultrasonic, CT, MR and other diagnosis to avoid removal blindly and cause serious aftereffect.
