摘 要:带压作业闸板防喷器的关键部件是密封胶心和壳体,分别采用尼龙与帘线-丁氰橡胶复合材料和合金钢锻件制造。以SolidWorks及Cosmos有限元软件为平台建立了数值模型,对胶心和壳体进行了受力数值模拟计算。计算结果表明,在20MPa的压力作用下,胶心接触压力最大值位于尼龙下端棱角位置,达9.7MPa,橡胶翼板无明显应力集中现象,胶心结构强度满足要求;壳体在系统压力为35MPa时,其内壁最大应力为222MPa,安全系数为2.8,满足设计要求。有限元数值模拟为带压作业闸板防喷器的设计提供了参考依据。The rubber core and the case body are the key componentsppof the ram blowout preventer operating under pressure.The reasonable material and structure design can improve the sealing quality and prolong the life as the components'intensities are eligible.The numerical model of the ram 'blowout preventer is built by the software of finite element.The mechanical conditions of the rubber core and the case body are simulated.Under control pressure of 20 MPa,the maximum of contact pressure of rubber core is 9.7 MPa.There is not the phenomenon of obvious stress concentration on the two sidesof rubber core,and the structural strength of the rubber core satisfies the demand of operation.The maximal stress on the inner wall of BOP's case body is 222 MPa,and the safety factor can be up to 2.8 while the system pressure is 35 MPa high.The design requirements are satisfied.The finite element numerical simulation provides a reference to the design of the ram blowout preventer operating under pressure.
