摘　　要：针对钻井柴油机出现故障只能在现场就地检修,维修工作量大而繁重,拆装费时费力,存在安全隐患等问题,研制了便携式多功能吊装装置。该装置主要由机架总成、辊轮止动总成、卷轮操动总成和钢丝绳组成。具有结构紧凑轻巧,拆装、搬运和操作方便,能解决非垂直(斜向)吊装难题,工作安全可靠的特点,特别适用于钻井柴油机现场就地检修。现场应用表明,该装置能改善野外现场维修条件,减轻人员劳动强度,缩短维修时间,具有较好的应用前景。Currently the drilling diesel engine can only be maintained on the spot when in trouble,resulting in large and heavy maintenance work,much time spent in dismantling and potential risk in safety.Therefore,a portable multifunctional lifting device is developed.It is mainly composed of engine support assembly,roller slop assembly,rolling wheel operating assembly and steel rope with the features of compact and light structure and convenient transportation and installation as well as safe and reliable operation.It can solve the problem of non-vertical(inclined) lifting and is especially suitable for being used in the in-situ maintenance of drilling diesel engine.The field application indicates that the device can significantly improve the field maintenance condition,lessen the labor intensity and shorten the maintenance time,showing good economic benefit and social benefit.
