摘 要:研究了超细颜料黄14水性分散体的制备工艺,对比了不同粒径分散体的颜色性能。结果表明,当pH值为9、颜料黄14含量为20%、聚羧酸分散剂(PCA)用量为颜料用量的24%时,所得分散体的粒径较小,稳定性较高。颜料黄14粒径越小,染色织物的牢度越高,颜料黄14粒径为184.5 nm时,染色织物的K/S值较高。The preparation method for waterborne ultra-fine pigment yellow 14 dispersion was investigated, the color performance with different particle size was compared. The result indicated that the smaller particle size and higher stability of the dispersion can be obtained when the pH value of dispersing media was 9, the ratio of PCA ( polycarboxylic acid dispersant) to pig- ment was :24%, and the weight content was about 20%. It was found that the smaller the particle was, the higher the color fastness of the dyeings featured, and the K/S value was reached the maximum when the particle was about 184.5nm.
