摘　　要：采用微悬浮体一浴二步法,对粘胶/腈纶两种纤维染色,确定了一浴法染粘胶/腈纶混纺织物的新工艺。试验表明,沾色程度得到明显改善,该染色方法能有效防止染浴中不同电荷染料的沉聚,且染色效果好、色泽鲜艳、牢度较好。One-bath-two-steps dyeing methods of viscose/acrylic loose fibers was carried out in micro-suspension system. The optimal dyeing process was set and staining was dropped to the lowest level. Experiments showed that micro-suspension dyeing could effectively prevent different dyes precipitation with different electric charge, and the dyeings featured good dyeing results, brilliant shades and excellent color fastness.
