摘　　要：为了实现S5 PLC与S7 PLC之间稳定可靠的点对点通讯连接,在新老设备之间采用直接连接没有达到生产要求的情况下,我们采用了第3方多协议网关通讯设备,在新老设备之间建立了间接的基于多协议网关的连接。实现了西门子S5 PLC与S7 PLC之间基于RK512协议的串行通讯,不仅达到了生产要求而且实现了生产管理系统的平滑升级。由此可见对于设备之间由于不明原因或者兼容性引起的通讯问题可以通过采用第3方设备来快速解决。For achieving serial communications between S5 PLC and S7 reliably,we used multiplex protocol gateway. But we could not established connection by changing interface of S5 and S7 and excluding some possible problem. We established reliably serial RK512 communications between S5 PLC and S7 using a multiplex protocol gateway. Smoothly upgrading of manufacture management system was achieved. We can use third part production to solve some problem whose reason is not obvious.
