摘 要:圆锥滚动轴承的精度、振动和可靠性对减速器的性能起着决定性的作用。其正常的失效形式是滚动体或内外滚道上的点蚀破坏。这种破坏是在齿轮安装、润滑、维护很好的条件下,轴承承受大量重复变化载荷而产生.出现点蚀破坏的轴承在大载荷、高转速情况下工作,将造成轴承发热和磨损,导致轴承过早失效。进行产品设计分析时,应用解析法建立的轴承力学模型必须对模型进行简化处理,造成解析分析误差太大。本文采用有限元分析软件,建立滚动轴承的有限元模型并加载求解,进行应力场分析.在计算出轴承的最大应力、应变后,利用软件的有限元分析功能和计算机图形学功能,显示三维应力等值面和位移等值面。The tapered roller bearings are the key part of reducer, and its precision, vibration and reliability will affect the behavior of reducer. The failure forms of bearing is pitting corrosion at the rollers or the inner/outer raceway, because of the repeatedly change load on the bearings, even under the conditions that well installation, lubrication and maintenance. If the bearings with pitting corrosion work under heavy load and high speed, the bearings will become over-hot and wear, which will lead to premature failure. When design and analysis the products, build a mechanical mold which should be simplified, thus will result in great error of analytic solution. A finite element model of roller bearings was established in this paper with FEA soft. By way of adding load solution, the analysis of stress field was carried out. And the maximum stress and strain of the bearings was calculated. By means of the function of analysis and computer graphics in FEA soft, the 3D isosurfaces of stress and displacement were showed.
