轮生香茶菜的组织培养和快速繁殖

摘　　要：以轮生香茶菜带腋芽的茎段为外植体,研究植物激素对轮生香茶菜丛生芽及不定根分化的影响,建立了轮生香茶菜的快速繁殖体系。结果表明:带腋芽幼嫩茎段以MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L培养基诱导率最高,达100%;生根培养以1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L培养基生根率最高,达100%。Using stems with axillary buds of Plectranthus verticllatus as explants, the effect of different hormones on shooting and rooting was studied. Rapid propagation system of P. verticllatus was established. The results indicated that the explants had ahigh inducement at the medium of MS＋6-BA 2.0 mg/L, the rate was 100%. On the medium of 1/2MS＋IBA 1.0 mg/L, the rooting rate was 100%.
