摘　　要：封闭住区作为全球性的居住现象,近年来在国际学术界引起了广泛的关注,不同领域的研完学者分别从不同的学科角度对该现象进行了探讨。本文试图从城市设计的角度对这些研究成果进行介绍和评述,分析现有研完与论争的焦点、误区与空白,为中国的封闭位区研究构建思路与框架。As a global phenomenon, gated community has become a hot issue among the international academic community. Substantive researches have been carried out in various disciplines, from diverse perspectives, and based on different urban context. The outcomes ha,,＇e consequently generated increasingly heated debates. This paper introduces and reviews these researches and debates from the urban design perspective, dissecting the focus of the controversy, the theoretical and empirical confusion. and the intellectual gap. It is concluded by proposing an approach and a framework for the further researches of gated community in China.
