摘　　要：20世纪80年代末期以来,封闭社区以惊人的速度在全球范围内得以推广。封闭社区的出现满足了人们对居住环境多样化的需求,也带来了一系列诸如居住区分层、城市规划失控等社会问题。封闭居住区在各国的形成原因和社区特征各不相同,对国外封闭社区发展产生原因和发展困境的深入研究可以为中国社区的合理开发提供借鉴。Since the 1980s. the gated community has been widely popularized around the world. The emergence of gated community meets the various housing needs from the residents. However, it also results in community segregation and makes urban planning out of control. The backgrounds of gated communities and their features are internationally different, which means an in-depth analysis on the gated community can provide an ideal reference for the healthy development of the community in China.
