摘 要:南水北调东线一期工程源头泵站主要由江都站、宝应站组成。在源头泵站两条输水线路出口交汇处流量和水位一定的前提下,以泵机组总功率最小为目标,建立了源头泵站运行优化数学模型,其中考虑了泵站输水河道水量损失和水力损失。运用退火遗传算法求解,确定每条输水线路水位和流量分配、各泵站泵装置扬程、开机台数和机组运行工况。将优化结果与常规运行方案比较,结果表明,实施优化运行后,泵机组总运行功率可减小15.65%,优化运行方案的节能效果明显。Source pump stations of the first-stage Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project are mainly made up of Jiangdu pump stations and Baoying pump station. On the premise of certain discharge and water level at cross point of the two source pump station transmission lines, aiming at the least total power of pump units, the mathematical models of source pump station optimal operation are established which include the discharge loss and hydraulic loss of transmission lines. Water levels and discharge distributions of the transmission lines, pump assembly heads, the number of running pump units and operation of each pump station are determined by annealing genetic algorithm. The optimal results are compared with normal operation schemes. The results indicate that total power of pump units could decrease by 15.65% by optimal operation. The energy-saving effect of the optimal operation scheme is obvious.
