摘  要:江都排灌站是南水北调东线工程的起点站,针对该泵站扬程变化频繁、变化幅度大的特点,利用水泵叶片调节功能,在日总抽水量一定的前提下,考虑多种因素,建立泵站运行优化数学模型,采用遗传算法求解,确定泵站各时段的开机台数和机组运行工况,降低泵站运行费用。结果表明:实行分时电价时,考虑分时电价优化运行方案耗用电费明显低于不考虑分时电价的优化运行方案、设计叶片角度和等流量优化运行方案耗用电费。Jiangdu pump stations are the source stations of the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Aiming at the characteristics of head varying frequently within wide range, considering the water pump blade adjusting function, under the premise of pumping certain water volume per day, the mathematical model of optimal operation of pump station is established and solved by genetic algorithm, The number of running pump units and the pump operation performance are determined in different periods of time, the pump station operation cost is reduced. The results indicate that electrical cost of optimal operation schemes with considering time-varying electrical price is obviously less than that of optimal operation schemes of without considering the time-varying electrical price, the design blade angle and the pumping discharge.
