摘  要:研究了普通硅酸盐水泥对重金属Cr不同化合态的固化效果;分析了Cr对水泥凝结时间、胶砂强度等性能的影响。同时借助XRD测试分析技术,探讨了水泥固化重金属Cr6+的机理;通过原子吸收光谱及浸出实验,分析了固化后的水泥体中Cr的溶出情况。其中浸出实验表明,Na2CrO4掺量达到1.0%时,浸出液的六价铬浸出毒性低于国家标准,但当掺量达到2.0%时,则已经超过了国家标准。The effect of ordinary Portland cement solidifying various chemical combination state of heavy metal Cr and their influence on setting time, mechanical properties of cement paste were investigated. At one time, X-Ray-Diffraction analysis technique was used to determine the solidification mechanism of Cr^6+ by cement, and the leachability of chromium in cement paste after solidifying was studied by using atomic absorption spectrum and leaching test methods. The leaching experiment indicated that when the content of Na2CrO4 reached 1.0%, the concentration of Cr^6+ toxicity of the leachate decreases to that below the national standard, when the content reached 2.0%, the concentration had exceeded the national standard.
