摘  要:目的:建立工作场所空气中芳香族胺类有毒物质苯胺、对硝基苯胺、苯酚、邻硝基苯胺的液相色谱分析方法。方法:用硅胶管吸附采集,甲醇解吸,经Ultimate XB-C18柱分离,梯度洗脱,紫外检测器检测,HPLC标准曲线法定量。结果:4种有毒物质分离完全,线性、重现性良好,方法最低检出浓度为0.13~0.36 mg/L,室温条件下样品在硅胶管中至少可稳定保存7 d。结论:该方法适合工作场所中多种芳香族胺类有毒物质测定。Objective: To estabilish a method for determination of aromatic amines of amiline,p-nitroaniline,o-nitroaniline,phenol in workplace air by HPLC.Methods:The toxicants was adsorpted by silica gel tube sampling and solvent desorption using methanol,then analyzed by HPLC with Ultimate XB-C18 column,UVD detector,gradient elution.Results:The 4 kinds of toxicants were separated well.Good linear relationship,sensitivity and reproducibility were obtained.The limit of detection was 0.13~0.36 mg/L.Silica gel tube sampling could at least store 7 days at ambient temperature and its results still remained stable.Conclusion:The methed is suitable to measure 4 kinds of toxicants in the air at a workplace.
