摘　　要：分析了汽车万向节花键轴存在的问题,以鼓形花键渐开线的性质为基础,建立了花键齿廓形参数关系,优化了花键齿的过渡曲线,进行了花键齿廓形修正,改善了花键轴的传动性能,从而为鼓形花键轴以及其它同类机构齿形参数的寻优提供了理论基础。The problems existed in spline shaft of automobile universal joint are analyzed. Based on characters of the drum-shaped spline shaft involutes, relations of technics parameters of the spline profile are made certain. Also transition curve of the spline is analyzed, And optimization to profile of the drum-shaped spline shaft is carried out to improve driving performance of spline shaft.
