摘 要:在非接触电能传输(CPT)系统中,基于串联DC/DC环节功率调节的方法,既增加了系统的成本及控制难度,又降低了系统的效率及可靠性。本文提出电流型CPT系统的移相控制策略,通过调整全桥逆变器的桥臂直通时间就可以有效地控制系统的传输功率,克服了串联DC/DC环节带来的不足。通过对系统谐振网络进行阻抗分析以及稳态等效电路分析,推导出了系统关键参数设计的计算公式,以及一次侧谐振电压、导轨电流及耦合功率与移相角的函数关系,为系统设计和分析提供了理论依据。In contactless power transfer (CPT) systems, the traditional method to adjust the transferred power is serializing a DC/DC converter at the input side, which not only increases the cost and control difficulty but also decreases the efficiency and reliability of the system. A phase-shifted control method is proposed to eliminate the DC/DC converter in current-fed CPT system. The transferred power can be controlled effectively by adjusting the short-time of the full-bridge inverter. The impedance models of the current-fed CPT system are set up and the calculation equation of the key parameter is built up. By analyzing the equivalent circuit model of the phase-shifted CPT system, the analytical resolutions of the primary side resonant voltage and current and the transferred power are obtained respectively. All of them are valuable for system design and analysis. Experimental results verified the theoretical results.
