摘  要:7个油研系列杂交油菜品种于2006年和2007年分别在相同环境栽培条件下种植,其平均含油率、种子蛋白含量、油分蛋白总量分别达44.82%~48.99%、22.97%~24.66%和68.24%~71.96%,但年度间和不同栽培条件下其变化的差异较大,同品种不同年度环境其相应性状的差值分别达5.0%~7.98%、4.75%~9.04%和0.33%~2.98%,变异系数分别为5.13%~8.34%、6.09%~19.26%和0.24%~2.08%,以油分蛋白总量差异最小,种子蛋白含量差异最大。油研9号、10号、11号和油研1220在高海拔较冷凉环境下表现出的含油量较高,达50.03%~52.2%;4个品种的油分蛋白总量2年平均在71.31%~71.96%。The average oil content, protein content, and total oil and protein content of seven Youyan series varieties under the same enviornment and cultivation conditions in 2006 and 2007 were from 44. 82% to 48. 99%, from 22. 97% to 24.66 % and from 68.24 % to 71.96 % separatly. The variation coefficients of oil content, protein content, and total oil and protein content of the same variety in seven varieties were from 5.13% to 8.34%, from 6.09% to 19.26% and from 0.24% to 2.08 % between different years respectively. The average content of oil and total oil and protein of Youyan 9, 10, 11 and 1220 varieties were from 50.03% to 52.2 % and from 71.31% to 71.96 % under high elevation and cold environment condition.
