健康教育对控制肠道传染病的效果评价

摘　　要：目的通过在乡村社区中开展对以农民为主的健康教育工作,探讨其对农村常见肠道传染病的防治效果。方法应用前瞻性调查,对三县12个行政村的痢疾、伤寒和甲型肝炎进行动态监测,同时对其中试验组的6个村开展定期的健康教育活动。结果经过三年的健康教育活动,试验村的痢疾、伤寒、甲肝"三病"发病率比健康教育开展前发病率下降了31.37%,而对照村的"三病"发病率则无显著变化;同时试验村村民和小学生的肠道传染病防治知识、个人卫生习惯以及家庭卫生状况均有显著改善,而对照村则变化不明显。结论持久的多种形式的健康教育活动,可以增长人们的卫生保健科学知识,改变人们的一些不良习惯,从而达到预防常见传染病的目的。Objective The way of developing health education programme was applied for majority of farmer in the rural area to explore the effect of preventing comon gastrointestinal infectious disease in the countryside by health education activities. Methods A survey was carried out movingly to the disease of dysentery, typhia and HA in twelve villages of three counties, and to develop regularly health education activities for the experimental group of six villages. Results After the health education programme was carried out for three years, the three cases incidence of dysentery, typhia and HA in the experimental villages had decreased by 31.37 % comparing with that before health education programme, and that of the control group of six villages had no remarkable change. At the same time, it had improved remarkably that all of the knowledge of preventing gastrointestinal infectious disease ,individual hygiene habit, and home hygiene habit of the villagers and pupils in the experimental villages, but that of the control villages had no remarkale change. Conclusion It might increases people＇s hygiene science knowledge and change people＇s some unhealthful habit by the sustained various form health education activitiea, Consquendy, it might attain the purpose of preventing comon infectious disease.
