摘  要:Mathcad是由Mathsoft公司出品的大型交互式数学软件。在Mathcad软件环境中,文章针对平底从动件盘形凸轮机构,采用解析法试算的方法来确定凸轮基圆半径,这种方法方便直观,既做到了不使凸轮机构结构尺寸过大,又避免了从动件运动失真现象。同时该文利用了Mathcad软件的图形坐标读出功能,确定了从动件的平底宽度,保证了从动件平底始终与凸轮轮廓线正常接触。Mathcad is a large mutual math software produced by Mathsoft company. Aimed to cam mechanism with fiat-bottomed cam follower, a method of gradually optimizing the basic round size of cam by analytic formula is introduced in MathCAD, it not only satisfy the requirement for the size of cam mechanism, but also aviod the state of movement distortion. The method is accurate, rapid and easy to do, moreover, another method of confirming fiat-bottomed width of cam follower by reading graph coordinates is introduced in MathCAD, it can always keep in touch between follower flat-bottom and cam contour.
