摘　　要：介绍了基于遥控技术的发动机故障模拟系统的组成和故障模拟原理,阐述了发动机故障模拟系统的开关量输出模块、遥控模块、控制键盘模块和LED点阵显示模块的结构特征和设计。该系统可通过遥控方式控制模拟发动机的主要故障,为现代电喷发动机及自动变速器学习提供了一个新颖的演示方式。This paper presents the constitute and principle of engine fault simulation system based on the remote control technology, the structural characteristics and the design of the switch output module, the remote control module, the control key disc module and the LED dot-matrix display module. This system can control and simulate the main fault of the engine, so it gives a new demonstration mode for the modern electronic fuel injection engine and the automatic transmission teach.
