摘　　要：多唇密封圈是球面滑动轴承密封圈的新式结构,可有效减少粉尘进入轴承滑动副,从而提高轴承的使用寿命。介绍了多唇密封圈主要尺寸设计、注塑模具注意事项,以及防尘和寿命试验等。Multiple Lip-type Seal Ring is an new type of structure among the seal rings of spherical sliding bearings, which can effectively reduce the chances for dirts and dusts to enter the sliding pairs thus enhance the bearing's life-span. This essay makes an introduction to the design of the multiple lip-type seal ring's sizes, the points to be noted in the ring's molding process and the test of the ring's dust-proof ability as well as operational life-span.
