摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济体制下，高等学校有必要建立化学试剂和玻璃仪器的中心库房，为全校的相关实验室服务，同时实行严格规范化科学信息管理，包括采购管理、计划管理、质量管理、安全管理、账目管理等。In the socialist market economic system, it is necessary to build up a central bursary of chemical reagents and glass equipment in order to supply laboratory services in colleges and universities. Meanwhile, a strict standardi- zation of scientific information management should be put into practice, including purchase management, program management, security management, quality control, accounts management, and so on.
