摘　　要：利用网络技术、自动控制技术和光纤通信技术,将相对独立的供电企业电网控制系统与信息系统结合起来,突破二者技术与管理的壁垒,将使供电企业进入信息化新阶段。文章论述了统一信息平台特征、结构及功能划分和总体建设思路。包括变电站部分、通信传输、调度自动化、信息网络与软件系统,以及建设中的主要问题等。The new stage of information will come for power supply enterprise, using network technology, automatic control technology, the communication technology of optical cable and combined relatively independent power network control with inf-ormation system in power supply enterprise, which breaks through the ram part of both technology and management. The paper discussed the feature, structural and function partition and overall construction thought of unified information platform including the parts of substation, communication, dispatching automation, information network and software system, as well as the major problems in construction.
