摘　　要：电力市场的概念在当代已不再陌生,电能作为一种商品也存在着质量的问题。就当代配电网输送电能的质量问题从监测、分析以及控制三个方面进行论述,着重于电能质量的监测与改善。以期能为电力生产及输送部门提高电能质量提供参考。Power quality is an important concept during the production of power energy. As some kind of merchandise, only when we can supply steady power, can every department work all right. This passage include monitoring, analysis and improvement of power quality, and, pay attention to monitoring and improvement in order to offer some references for the power production.
