摘　　要：根据国务院、上海市社区卫生服务改革的总体要求，试用卫生服务需求法测算上海市区社区卫生服务机构编制和人员配置，以期为政府出台社区卫生服务机构编制和人力资源配置政策提供参考。The study was on the health manpower allocation for Community health service center in Shanghai by hygienic service demand method, closely linking to the Community health service innovation polices of Chinese Government and Shanghai Municipal Government in order to make a suggestion for the plan of Health manpower allocation for Community health service.
