摘　　要：目的了解上海市某区“女性性工作者”性病艾滋病认知及高危行为状况，为改进和完善健康教育措施提供依据。方法2007年1～7月，采用方便抽样法对一定区域内的小发廊、小足浴店和小卡拉ok厅的301名“女性性工作者”（FSW）进行问卷调查。结果本组FSW的年龄和文化程度偏低，初中及以下文化程度占85．4％；虽然对性病艾滋病知识有一定了解，但防范措施仍有不足和隐患。结论针对FSW人群的健康教育应进一步改进和完善。Objective To understand the conditions of Sexually Transmitted Disease and AIDS knowledge and high risk behavior of female sex workers（FSW） in certain district of Shanghai in order to offer basis for improvement of health education. Method From January to July in 2007 ,questionnaire investigation was carried out to 301 FSW of small barbershops, foot bath shops and karaoke bars in a certain area by convenient sampling method. Results The age and culture degree of these FSW were low and 85.4% of them had junior high school and below culture degree; They had some knowledge about Sexually Transmitted Disease and AIDS, but there were in- adequacy and hidden danger of their precaution measures. Conclusion Health education for FSW should be improved further.
