摘　　要：目的采用经眉弓眶上锁孔入路切除垂体腺瘤,重点探讨手术入路及手术技巧。方法总结笔者所在医院1999-06～2007-12采用经眉弓眶上锁孔入路切除18例垂体腺瘤的经验。结果18例肿瘤全切除15例,次全切除3例,无1例死亡。结论经眉弓眶上锁孔入路切除垂体腺瘤是一种安全、有效的微创手术,具有手术时间短、并发症少,恢复快等优点。Objective To investigate the mierosurgieal key-hole approach and operative technique in eases of pituitary tumor. Method A retrospective analysis of mierosurgieal treatment （1999-06-2007-12） in 18 eases of pituitary tumor was performed. Result Total removal of tumor was achieved in 15 patients, subtotal removal in 3 patients, and without surgical mortality. Conclusion The supraorbital approach is a safe and mieroimpairment approach to the pituitary tumor. It has many advantages over conventional operations including shorter operation time, mieroimpairment, fewer complications, and faster recovery.
