摘　　要：本文报告48例急性腹泻病儿血清胃泌素测定,并与正常小儿对比。结果发现腹泻组血清胃泌素显著高于对照组（P＜0．01），腹泻患儿存在高胃泌素血症。The levels in serum gastrin in 48 children with acute diarrhea were reported in this paper. The rsults thowed that the levels in serum gastrin of diarrhea group were signiflcantly increased compared involved in children with acute diarrhea.
