摘　　要：消防行政确认行为是由消防部门做出的行政确认行为，主要包括火灾原因鉴定或认定、火灾事故责任认定，对于消防行政确认行为是否具有可诉性，行政法学界的认识截然不同，各地法院也是做法不一，本文着重对其可诉性进行研究。The administration confirmation in fire department is mainly about cause integration, technical deter-mination and responsibility identmcation of the fires. Relating to the justicialbllity, authorities of admlnistrative law have different opinions and local courts haven＇t reached a unified action. This article gives a research to this issue.
